This was The Radnor’s Hunt Boxing Day Meet. There should have been a rousing horn blast and they’d be thundering off streaming out into the snowy landscape, but unfortunately, the event was called off because of icy conditions. Still, it was a fun social event for everyone who participated.
Many thanks to John Richardson of The Burton Hotel who threw open the doors at the crack of dawn this morning to prepare and serve the pre-hunt refreshments for the mounted followers.

As an animal lover, i say well done to the Hunt Saboteurs association for their hard work in stopping this sick outdated practice.
