Bill Wiggin (Leominster) is Shadow Secretary of State for Wales and was first elected in 2001.
Paul Keetch (Hereford) is Liberal Democrat Shadow Defence Secretary and was first elected on 1st May 1997.

Herefordshire Councillor for Kington

Rubbish & Recycling
Herefordshire Council is responsible for collection of rubbish and recycling facilities. Their website has lots of information – click here.
Planning
The county and local council is also responsible for planning permission with all applications published in The Hereford Times. Details of applications and the procedures can be found here and the planning department can be contacted on 01432 260386.
Roads
Any problems with potholes, maintainence of pathways, gullies or ditches should be reported to the Streetscene hotline (01432 261800) or streets@herefordshire.gov.uk

Please report any problems with street lighting to the free Lights Out line (0800 7835675) or at any of the council’s INFO centres.
